Systems of Support

“Real support begins when people who have walked the path turn back to help others find their way.” – Unknown

At RIPPLE, our services are built on the power of lived experience, peer driven, non-clinical, and always free of charge. We believe that meaningful support comes from connection, understanding, and shared journeys, not systems or diagnoses. Whether someone is navigating mental health challenges, substance use, or simply looking for a place to be heard, our approach centers on respect, autonomy, and real human connection. We are here to walk alongside individuals, offering support that is accessible, judgment-free, and grounded in the belief that recovery is possible for everyone.

RIPPLE offers online, peer-led support designed to create connection and community for anyone in recovery. Through virtual groups like “If You’re Talking, There’s Time” and “Voices in the Night,” individuals can access safe, welcoming spaces for open conversation—especially during late-night hours. All services are non-clinical, free of charge, and available statewide, ensuring support is always within reach.

Our Crisis Card Program provides a simple, accessible tool designed to support an individual during difficult moments. Created through lived experience, these cards offer a way to communicate with the people around you during a crisis. It provides information on what they can do to help or how to get you to the help you need.

RIPPLE’s Peer Advocacy Writing Help offers individualized, peer-driven support for those who want to strengthen their voice and communicate their experiences effectively. Whether preparing testimony, letters, or personal statements, this service helps turn lived experience into clear, impactful advocacy. The goal is to empower individuals to be heard, understood, and confident in sharing their story.

RockingRecovery.org is a recovery-oriented resource hub designed to make finding help simple and accessible.
